Welcome to Kingwood Lacrosse 2021-2022 Season

To attend any practice, each athlete must;

1. Be registered

2. Have a current physical and turned in.

3. Hand in the following 3 forms listed below (Medical, Uniform, Physical)

Otherwise they will be turned away from practice.

Please register online, print and fill out all of the forms.

Uniform forms will be passed out to be returned when the Spring season begins.

Team Uniforms - Uniforms are property of the Club and must be maintained and returned at the end of the season.Each player will receive 2 full uniforms, and a practice pinney. Failure to return uniforms will result in $150 charge. Players and Parents will sign a Uniform Policy Form.
