US Lacrosse Membership - Every Kingwood High School Player must have a current US Lacrosse Membership valid through out the end of our season (May 2022).  

Players Expectations: Players are expected to follow the HISD Athletics Policies. You can view that form by clicking on HISD Athletics Policy below.  
* Teams are determined by tryouts and playing time is determined by Coaching Staff.
*Players are expected to attend every practice unless the have an excuse and will need to contact Coach Michael Staub at   . Unexcused or excess of missed practices will lead to consequences of limited playtime or probation.

UIL Eligibility - Kingwood Lacrosse Club follows the UIL Policy. NO PASS/NO PLAY. See eligibility tab on vertical tabs for more information.

HISD Athletics Policy, KWLAX Substance Abuse Policy and Travel Policy are all to be reviewed and acknowledged by both parents/guardians and athletes. You will find these forms during the registration process.

New this year included in the HISD Athletics Policy (link above), Under the UIL Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness section, it is now mandatory for UIL athletes to get a Physical and since we follow UIL HISB Policies, we need to make sure all of our Lacrosse Athletes turn in a Physical Form before they begin practice. "The UIL Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation – Medical History form includes ALL 12 of these important cardiac elements and is mandatory annually." 

Team Uniforms - Uniforms are property of the Club and must be maintained and returned at the end of the season. Failure to return uniforms will result in $150 charge. Players and Parents will sign a Uniform Policy Form.

Practice Uniform - For 2021-2022 Season, new players are expected to purchase the Player Team Package. It consists of 2 Shooting Shirt, 2 Pairs of Shorts and 1 1/4 Zip Pullover, and a Game Day Polo . Each player is expected to purchase the package and wear only the shorts and shirt for practice. 

PE Credit - Players may receive PE Credit for Spring Semester. Information in "Off Campus PE Forms" Tab, under Registration Forms/Policies/Info Horizontal Tab.
